This project is a black-and-white film documentation of time, space, and stillness. I have always found deep comfort in nature—it heals, expands my perception, and offers moments of quiet reflection. In times of emotional turbulence or solitude, I often turn to the outdoors, where the landscape becomes a mirror for inner states.
Whenever I go out, I bring my analog camera with me. There is something meditative in the slowness of shooting on film—the deliberate framing, the anticipation of not knowing exactly how the image will turn out. I focus on capturing the subtle, often overlooked beauty of British nature: open skies, bare branches, soft light, and quiet fields. The trees, especially, have become central to my work. Their branches stretch outward like veins of memory, bearing the marks of passing time and carrying the quiet weight of seasonal change.
Through this ongoing series, I seek to hold on to transient moments—to create a space where time lingers just a little longer. These images are about the slow, continuous rhythm of life itself. For me, photography is a way of pausing, observing, and preserving the quiet poetry of the everyday.

通过这一系列作品,我试图留住那些稍纵即逝的时刻,在影像中为时间创造一个短暂驻足的空间。这些照片是对生活缓慢节奏的观察与珍藏。对我而言,摄影是一种暂停与凝视的方式,是对日常诗意的温柔保存。
